I am Jenny Guajardo, the founder of Bluebonnets and Bonfire Society. I created it so women have the freedom to create and lead their own adventures, and share what brings them joy, whether that is a hobby, a career passion, an outdoor day, music, art, or reading.
With a background in business marketing and a sharp instinct for brand building, I have shaped Bluebonnets and Bonfire to feel safe, welcoming, and intentional. It is a community where women can show up as themselves, bring their interests forward, and build real connection without pressure.
I love outdoor adventures and good conversation, along with the quieter rituals that create belonging. Reading, drum circles, beach camping, backpacking, art, music, camp fires, and the occasional winery night.
Based in San Antonio, I am inspired by a city that is growing fast while keeping its rich, diverse culture at the center. I am building a community that feels just as open, vibrant, and real.

BLUEBONNETS & BONFIRE LIABILITY WAIVER
ACTIVITIES COVERED
I understand this waiver applies to any and all group related activities, meetups, outings, trips, and events organized, hosted, suggested, promoted, or attended through the Group, whether held indoors or outdoors, whether free or paid, and whether led by a volunteer host or another participant.
Examples may include, hiking, walking, park meetups, picnics, bonfires, camping, paddling, kayaking, tubing, swimming, fitness or wellness meetups, coffee meetups, dinners, social gatherings, day trips, and any related travel, carpooling, and transportation.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I am choosing to participate voluntarily. I am responsible for deciding whether any activity is safe and appropriate for me. I will bring and use appropriate gear, clothing, hydration, lighting, and safety equipment as needed. I will follow event guidance, posted rules, landowner rules, and applicable laws. I will not participate if I am under the influence in a way that makes participation unsafe.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that in person meetups and outdoor activities involve risks that can include property damage, serious injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
Risks may include, slips and falls, uneven terrain, weather and temperature exposure, dehydration, heat illness, sunburn, wind, lightning, flooding, drowning, traffic, vehicle accidents, burns from fire or hot surfaces, smoke inhalation, cooking related injuries, equipment failure, poor visibility, insects, snakes, wildlife, plants that irritate skin, allergic reactions, illness from food or water, contact with strangers, and delays in receiving medical care in remote areas.
I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, as defined below, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, READ THIS CAREFULLY
IN CONSIDERATION FOR BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE, I RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WHO IS RELEASED
“Released Parties” means the Group, its organizers, administrators, moderators, volunteer hosts, volunteer event leaders, members acting in a volunteer capacity, and any affiliated entity, and each of their respective owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives, plus any venue owners or landowners allowing access for an event, to the fullest extent permitted.
INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, demand, lawsuit, cost, or expense, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my participation, my actions, or my failure to follow rules, directions, or safety guidance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MEDICAL CONSENT
If I need medical care, I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical assistance for me if they choose, and I authorize medical providers to treat me. I understand I am responsible for all costs of medical care and transportation.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
I am responsible for my own property. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW, VENUE
This agreement is governed by the law of the state where the event occurs, unless a different governing law is required. Any lawsuit relating to this agreement must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the primary organizer is located, unless prohibited by law.
SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. This document is the entire agreement regarding liability release for participation and replaces any prior discussions or understandings.
